As a Hedge Funds Trade Support Analyst in the Private Bank's Alternatives Middle Office team, you will play a crucial role in the trade support operations for hedge fund transactions. You will be responsible for ensuring that trades initiated by investors are executed accurately and efficiently. Post-execution, you will ensure timely settlement and accurate reflection of these trades in our accounting systems. As a key member of the Hedge Funds Trade Support team, you will ensure that all business activities are conducted in a controlled, efficient, and timely manner.

Job responsibilities
- Monitors the daily hedge fund trading flow, conducting necessary control checks, and generating reports
- Processes trade instructions, manages bookings, settlements, and monitor cut-offs
- Ensures accurate and timely execution, confirmation, and settlement of all hedge fund trades
- Manages cash and stock positions related to hedge fund orders
- Performs daily and periodic position and risk controls, identifying and resolving discrepancies
- Supports project and regulatory initiatives to meet evolving industry standards, drive efficiency, and reduce risk within the team
- Interacts globally with investors, custodians, fund administrators, and various internal stakeholders to address queries and resolve issues, valuing diverse perspectives in problem-solving
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- A highly motivated self-starter with a strong client service mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a team player
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and high level of accuracy
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- An analytical approach with creative problem-solving skills to resolve complex issues using sound judgment
- Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
