The Head of Transformation & Program Management Office role within JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office is responsible to manage a portfolio of strategic programs, and ensuring effective governance and change management across the firm.

It advances the firm's data and analytics strategy, platforms, solutions, capabilities, and governance to deliver trustworthy, responsible, innovative, and commercially value outcomes across the region. The Head of Transformation and Program Management Office role within JPMorgan Chase's Chief Data & Analytics Office plays a pivotal role in advancing APAC CDAO's strategic initiatives. Reporting directly to the Head of APAC CDAO, this position partners with cross-functional teams and key regional/ global stakeholders to ensure timely and effective project execution aligned with corporate objectives.
Job Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic program plans that align APAC CDAO initiatives with regional business goals and global priorities.
- Oversee complex project and program delivery, managing timelines, resources, and risk mitigation to ensure successful outcomes.
- Provide regular progress updates and strategic insights to senior leadership, optimizing organizational focus and accountability.
- Manage the Chief Data and Analytics Team change portfolio, including investment planning, budgeting, reporting, and control frameworks.
- Design and implement effective resource strategies, addressing skills, roles, location, and variable resource needs.
- Drive operational improvements and innovative operating models to enhance data management efficiency.
- Measure and report on portfolio performance and metrics, ensuring alignment with the with the organization's overall objectives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders across Lines of Business and Corporate Functions.
- Foster strong stakeholder relationships and define decision-making procedures for cross-functional teams.
- Build consensus and advance initiatives in a collaborative, matrixed environment.
- Promote a high-performance, collaborative culture within project teams.
- Facilitate program outputs including a playbook of repeatable processes for continued program success
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with Lines of Businesses and Corporate Functions to gather status updates, drive program reporting and alignment on program deliverables and objectives
- Drive industry engagement to expand APAC CDAO's regional influence and gather market intelligence.
