Job Summary
As Executive Director in Compliance Advisory, you will oversee comprehensive compliance coverage for Currency & Emerging Markets and Treasury & Chief Investment Office in India. You will lead engagement with the Reserve Bank of India (RBI) and internal teams to address regulatory requirements, inspections, and data requests. The role provides strategic support for legal entity compliance for JPMorgan Chase Bank, N.A. India branches and also JPMorgan Securities India Ltd. This position offers the opportunity to drive complex regulatory initiatives and strengthen the firm's risk management framework.

Job Responsibilities
- Responsible for end to end Compliance coverage for India Currency & Emerging Markets (CEM) and Treasury & Chief Investment Office (TCIO) including Regulatory Advisory, Dissemination of regulations, liaising with RBI for clarifications, approvals, review product & process initiative, testing/validation, reviewing remediation of supervisory finding/supervisory queries related to CEM and TCIO.
- Engage with RBI SSM team for bank-wide inspection and other data requests and coordinate with internal stakeholders for providing data/information as sought by RBI.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Statistical Mathematics, Data Science or equivalent/related disciplines
- Minimum 12 years' experience in compliance, risk management, or regulatory advisory
- Deep understanding of RBI regulations and Indian financial markets
- Proven experience engaging with regulators and managing inspections
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Chartered Accountant, Master's degree, LLB, Company Secretary or other closely related professional qualification will be beneficial.
