Job Description

Seeking a team lead with extensive experience and understanding of the infrastructure/employee platform to join in the team and lead the improvement of infrastructure/employee platforms build up and maintenance to support our asset management business.

Job Summary:

As a lead, you will be responsible for drive the infrastructure/employee platform projects and support to ensure the platform stability, business as usual and meet the new business requirements. You also need to coach the team member, develop their career, communicate with local and global stakeholders, liaise with different department across the organization to achieve business results

  • Lead the Infrastructure team to manage the company's infrastructure including but not limit to Server, Storage, Virtualization, Data Cetner, Disaster Recovery, OS, Network, Database, Security Devices, etc.
  • Lead the Helpdesk team to provide support for all company's internal users regarding their desk, tool, access related issues/questions.
  • Responsible for the Cyber Security Operations and management of the infrastructure, improve the network and data security of the company
  • Collect the business demand from stakeholder and business users, provide proper infrastructure/employee platform solution and implement it in a cost efficient way
  • Lead the project management of large infrastructure projects/initiatives, including project initiation, budget, planning, design, implement, test, acceptance, etc.
  • Manage the team, Coach team member and developer their career, assign tasks to team member and supervise their completion, provide guidance to their day-to-day job
  • Perform the daily responsibility in a way compliant with law, regulation, code of conduct. Proactively identify risk and remediate them on a timely manner

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Full-time bachelor degree or above in computer-related majors, with 8 years of infrastructure, IT service or cyber risk experience
  • Infrastructure or helpdesk related working/management experience in security or asset management company will be a strong plus, experience in other financial company will be a plus
  • Good knowledge on Cybersecurity principle/design/operations on infrastructure and experience in uplifting the infrastructure to meet higher security and control standard
  • Proven track record in infrastructure and helpdesk team management experience and people management experience.
  • Excellent English Proficiency (Both Oral and Written) and good communication skills
  • Thorough understanding of the infrastructure industry standard, familiar with network, server technology (including virtualization) and storage. Have experience on CISCO network devices, VMWare, NBU, Veeam, Symantec DLP/SEP, BlackBerry, Cortex, etc.
  • Experience in design SOP and supervise the team execute according to the procedure
  • Experience in leading the data center migration project or the office move project
  • Strong infrastructure architecture ability, quick learner
  • Strong service mindset, can proactively provide service to end users and bring innovative ideas into practice
  • Knowledge or experience about AI will be a plus
