As a Growth Marketing Manager (Associate) you will play a key role in supporting the delivery and optimization of marketing campaigns across multiple owned channels. You will be responsible for coordinating campaign activities, analysing performance, maintaining documentation, and driving process improvements to enhance the efficiency of the growth marketing function.
Job Responsibilities
- Campaign Coordination: Coordinate and implement marketing strategies across owned channels including email, push notifications, in-app messaging, and the contact centre
- Performance Analysis & Reporting: Analyse and report on campaign performance, delivering weekly reports and monthly deep dives with actionable recommendations
- Creative Collaboration: Work closely with copywriters and designers to ensure campaign outputs align with original briefs and brand guidelines
- Documentation & Auditing: Maintain up-to-date records and documentation of live campaigns and creatives to support effective auditing and compliance
- Critical Path Management: Document and manage critical paths for campaigns, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
- Competitor Analysis: Conduct regular competitor analysis and share best practices to continually improve the growth marketing function
- Process Improvement: Support initiatives to streamline and enhance marketing processes, increasing overall team efficiency
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Multi-tasking & Deadline Management: Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver to tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with experience managing stakeholders across various teams
- CRM Channel Knowledge: Solid understanding of CRM marketing channels and hands-on experience with campaign reporting
- Analytical Skillset Experience working with reporting and analytics tools and presenting results in a clear manner with strong attention to detail
- Experimentation Experience: running AB tests and optimising communications for conversion
Preferred qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Workflow Management Tools: Experience using JIRA or similar workflow/project management tools
- Knowledge of Analytical tools: such as Amplitude, Looker
- Industry Best Practice: able to articulate best practice within Growth Marketing
- Experience working within a highly regulated industry
