Go-To-Market and Product Expansion Manager - Payments - Vice President

As a Market and Product Expansion Manager in Concourse Go-To-Market VP, Concourse you are an integral part of the team whose work supports the successful release and adoption of products. As a core contributor of the team, you align the needs of clients in the market with sales opportunities, focus on positioning and pricing of products so we can scale the product and drive revenue.
Embedded Finance & Solutions (EF&S) is a product pillar within the Payments space, aimed at delivering simple, safe and intelligent embedded payments experiences for clients and their counterparties. EF&S manages a portfolio of products serving as a center of excellence for fraud prevention and embedded solutions, including Concourse which is a bi-directional payments platform that enables flexible payables and receivables for companies and their counterparties in a number of different industries.

Job responsibilities
- Perform market research and voice of the customer assessments to understand market trends, competitor strategies client needs then act as bridge between market, sales and product to influence roadmap and pricing recommendations
- Shape and execute GTM strategies for Concourse identifying high-potential client segments then driving GTM campaigns end-to-end
- Build and refine compelling, clear sales trainings and collateral that translates complex technical concepts into easy to understand information, so sales partners can articulate the value of Concourse to prospects
- Collaborate with Marketing to help shape thought leadership, value props, case studies, events
- Create and deliver executive-level presentations, using data to frame pipeline progress, challenges, opportunities, and actionable recommendations for senior stakeholders
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and services
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in Product, Marketing, Sales and/or go-to-market
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Ability to communicate clearly across different types of stakeholders (technical & non-technical)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment; adapts quickly, works collaboratively, takes initiative, and manages multiple priorities
- Proficient in clearly building and presenting compelling PowerPoint trainings (or equivalent)
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Understanding and/or prior experience in Payments preferred
