As a Trade & Working Capital Operations Associate within the Global Trade & Working Capital team, you will oversee daily operational activities, ensuring compliance with regulations and promoting process improvements. You will support managers in implementing best practices and lead initiatives to enhance service quality. Your role will involve building effective relationships with stakeholders and influencing positive change.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operational activities for the Standby/Guarantee team.
- Analyze processes and identify improvement areas.
- Support managers in driving process efficiency.
- Assess service quality and identify improvement opportunities.
- Think through problems and manage crisis situations.
- Develop and exercise business plans and internal procedures.
- Lead projects and offer innovative solutions.
- Ensure integrity of process and operations.
- Support a wide range of stakeholders.
- Build effective relationships with management and stakeholders.
- Influence stakeholders where necessary.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Possess at least 8 years of trade experience.
- Demonstrate strong business knowledge on trade products.
- Exhibit excellent attention to detail.
- Drive results through a hands-on approach.
- Identify talent and develop team members.
- Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Operate in a dynamic environment with tight deadlines.
