Global Supplier Services - Chief Finance Officer, Executive Director
Global Supplier Services (GSS) manages the firm's supply chain, integrating Category Sourcing, Third Party Oversight, Procurement Operations, Accounts Payable, Supplier Relationship Management, and Supplier Diversity into a unified team. With over 1,100 employees, GSS oversees the source-to-pay process for JPMorgan Chase, mitigating supplier-related risks, enhancing supplier performance, and manage expense base.
As the Global Supplier Services Chief Financial Officer within the Chief Administrative Office, you will oversee all aspects of financial planning, analysis, and business management for GSS. You will report to the Chief Administrative Office (CAO) CFO, supporting the Head of GSS and serving as a strategic partner to the GSS Leadership Team. In this role, you will drive key initiatives around data structuring and advanced supply chain analytics, act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, and partner with function leads to manage and execute complex projects and operational assignments. This role requires excellent written and verbal presentation skills as you will be responsible for synthesizing complex plans and messages to senior leadership across the firm. This is a fast paced role, requiring flexibility and comfort with frequent shifts in priorities.
Job Responsibilities:
- Partner with the Head of GSS and the GSS Leadership team to drive and execute strategic priorities across Third Party Risk Management, Strategic Sourcing, and Accounts Payable. Serve as a transformation leader, driving process reengineering, digital enablement, and a culture of continuous improvement within GSS
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, synthesizing and presenting complex financial and operational information to key stakeholders, including the firm's CAO, Head of GSS, and functional leads
- Drive data structuring and capacity modeling initiatives, supporting the GSS organization with actionable insights on the firm's third-party expense base and strategic sourcing pipeline
- Develop insights, analytics, and operational metrics to improve decision making and business efficiency
- Create high quality presentations with a focus on clarity, data storytelling
- Manage annual budget and monthly forecast process for GSS expense base
- Provide regular reporting to LOB CFOs and senior management, offering transparency into allocations
- Champion advanced analytics, automation, and generative AI tools to drive process efficiencies, enhance controls, and improve reporting and decision-making
- Assist in prioritization, implementation, and measurement of key priorities, goals, and targets for the GSS business
- Lead and influence on behalf of the GSS function. Partner with OCFO (P&A, Controllers), CAO and GSS leadership to drive both BAU and transformation efforts (includes forecasting, external reporting, tech prioritization and controls)

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- 15+ years of finance and business management experience in a complex financial organization
- Expertise in financial performance analysis, budgeting, forecasting, analytics, and reporting
- Experience with data structuring and defining data model requirements for senior-level reviews and approvals
- Strong quantitative skills with the ability to analyze financial and operational data and translate insights into actionable reports for senior leadership
- Logical and strategic approach to analyzing and improving business processes
- Advanced organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities, complex projects, and cross-functional teams for seamless financial operations
- Decisive decision-maker, utilizing data-driven insights and sound judgment to guide business direction, mitigate risks, and support long-term success
- Detail-oriented with strong financial and analytical acumen
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, especially with senior management
- Ability to multitask, adapt to changing priorities, and manage time effectively
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and influencing skills; comfortable with ambiguity and adept at navigating large organizations

- Experience with supply chain management (sourcing, procurement, third party risk, or payments)
