Global Supplier Services Analyst

As a Global Supplier Services Analyst within the Global Service Supplier (GSS) Operations, you will work in a fast-paced, high-volume team responsible for managing and reviewing new supplier and employee setup requests. You will focus on gathering and entering data, ensuring quality checks, and supporting SAP setups. This role offers opportunities to identify process improvements, develop enhancement requirements, and participate in projects related to supplier and employee setup.
Job Responsibilities
- Perform QA of Supplier and Employee Set-up along with setting up Suppliers and Employees in SAP
- Interact with supplier and LOB to collect the necessary information needed for supplier/employee set-up and Tax documentation review
- Maintain Tax rules, codes and rates for SAP locations to help apply correct tax rate at the time of invoicing
- Perform research around payment rejects which are initiated from Payment Operations due to incorrect/outdated payment instructions on Supplier/Employee Master and are corrected thereof to re-initiate the payments
- Map suppliers for Ariba as needed
- Deliver first class service to our customers & improve end user experience
- Meet the SLA timeline to process requests and ensure quality of work is accurate and pass the monthly internal audit reviews
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Minimum of 1+ years' experience in data processing, procurement, accounts payable, customer service, or an operations environment
- Personal computer skills with proficiency in Word, Excel, SharePoint, and web-based systems
- Creates business processes and procedure
- Good attention to detail and analyze reporting data
- Good problem solving abilities with an analytical mind to research and resolve issues
- Ability to understand and implement system/procedure/policy changes
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Works in team environment as well as individually
- Exhibits strong organization skills and effective time management
- SAP, Ariba (ePurchase) or Concur experience
- Knowledge of Source to Pay Operations
- Knowledge of SAP and supplier details
- Tax documentation background
