As a Global Investment Governance Product Manager and L1 Application Support - Vice President in the Portfolio Investment Governance Product team, you will lead the end-to-end product life cycle and work closely with the L1 team to provide application support. You will use both creative and critical thinking to maintain and enhance the applications within our Product suite. Your role is integral to our mission of improving decision-making on technology investments.

Job Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end product delivery processes, including intake, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting.
- Effectively manage timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners.
- Participate in discovery efforts to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap.
- Maintain and develop a product backlog that supports the overall strategic roadmap and value proposition.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing and contribute to user documentation.
- Provide 1st level support for application and platform incidents as needed.
- Troubleshoot priority incidents, conduct post-mortems, and ensure permanent closure.
- Analyze patterns of incidents, develop permanent remediation plans, and liaise with technology teams to drive necessary improvements.
- Provide technical and procedural user training, coaching, and guidance to support applications.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery/management or a relevant domain area.
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities.
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes.
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies.
- Experience in Alteryx, Tableau, supporting real-time transaction processing applications, enterprise incident management practices, monitoring, and performance tools.
- Effective issue management skills, problem identification, root cause analysis, and solution recommendation.
- Experience working within an agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics.
- Experience using Jira Scrum boards and using Jira to create/manage various issue types.
