Global Investment Bank - Sponsor Representative - Associate

Job Responsibilities:
- Sponsor & Regulatory Compliance - execute for A-share listing projects; sign the Sponsor Report and other regulatory fillings. Ensure all due diligence, disclosure, and internal control requirements are met
- Due Diligence - Conduct comprehensive legal, financial, and business due diligence on the issuing company. Identify material risks and work with legal counsel, auditors, and other advisors to resolve issues
- Application & Review Process - prepare listing prospectus, sponsor reports, working papers, and respond to regulatory comments. Manage the entire review process with stock exchanges and securities regulators.
- Internal Coordination - Collaborate with internal teams (research, sales, trading, compliance) to align on deal structure, pricing, and marketing strategies
- Post-Listing Responsibilities - provide ongoing supervision and guidance to the listed company regarding continuous disclosure, corporate governance, and compliance with ongoing obligations
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Finance/Economics or a related field from a top tier educational institution
- 4-7 years of work experience in investment banking with proven deal experience
- Valid Sponsor Representative qualification
- Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent analytical and decision-making capabilities
- Understands transaction cycle and the steps in the process and is execution oriented
- Impeccable communication details with the ability to effectively interact with senior professionals, clients and key stakeholders in other lines of business
- Self-directed, highly motivated, and able to work independently in a fast-paced, team-based environment
- Proven proficiency in Microsoft Office products, especially Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
- Proficient in Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients
