Global Intelligence - Spatial Intelligence and Security Solutions Architect, Vice President

The Global Intelligence team within Global Security at JPMC is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and assessing global threats that could impact the firm's people, assets, and operations. They provide actionable intelligence and strategic insights to support risk mitigation and informed decision-making across the organization.

As a Vice President Spatial Intelligence and Security Solutions Architect on the Global Intelligence team, you will be a key member of our Analytic Methodology and Data Innovation platform. You will assist in the deployment, and maintenance of advanced spatial and statistical solutions that directly support Global Security operations, with primary focus on Executive Protection, facility security, and branch network safety. Central to this position is the ability to fuse diverse intelligence streams-quantitative metrics, qualitative threat narratives, and spatial data-into comprehensive, actionable insights that enable proactive security decision-making. You will serve as a bridge between raw data and operational intelligence, transforming complex, multi-source information into clear security assessments that protect our people, facilities, and operations. This includes developing integrated platforms that combine automated communication systems, data-driven analytical frameworks, and streamlined reporting capabilities to support critical security decision-making at the executive level.

Job Responsibilities

  • Build advanced spatial and statistical intelligence solutions to support Global Security operations.
  • Implement integrated platforms that enable real-time and near real-time proactive threat detection through geospatial analysis.
  • Fuse quantitative metrics, qualitative threat narratives, and spatial data into comprehensive, actionable security insights.
  • Transform complex, multi-source information into clear security assessments for protecting people, facilities, and operations.
  • Design and deploy analytical algorithms for threat detection, pattern recognition, and risk assessment.
  • Integrate disparate systems and data sources to create unified analytical platforms.
  • Clean, transform, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with security, technology, and business units to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
  • Communicate technical concepts and strategic insights effectively to executive leadership and non-technical audiences.
  • Innovate by leveraging emerging technologies and methodologies to enhance security intelligence capabilities.
  • Write reports, control documents, and training guides to support solution deployment and user adoption.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • 7+ years of professional experience in geographic information system analysis, data science/analytics, or associated field
  • Advanced knowledge of multi-disciplinary spatial methodologies
  • Experience in ArcGIS Pro, Enterprise, Dashboards, Web Applications, Experience Builder, Knowledge, and Solutions
  • Experience with ArcGIS Pro Extensions: Spatial Analyst, Image Analyst, Geostatistical Analyst, Suitability Modeler, Business Analyst
  • Demonstrated ability to clean, transform, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources while maintaining data integrity
  • Exceptional ability to synthesize quantitative, qualitative, and spatial data into actionable intelligence products
  • Demonstrated track record of successfully deployed analytical solutions that have driven measurable business or operational outcomes
  • Ability to connect disparate systems and data sources to create unified analytical platforms
  • Proven track record of maintaining quality and efficiency while managing multiple high-priority initiatives in dynamic, time-sensitive environments

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills

  • Background in security operations, intelligence analysis, threat assessment, or risk management
  • Advanced degree in Geographic Information System Analysis, Data Science, or related field
  • Proficiency in inferential statistics, predictive modeling, and quantitative analysis
  • Strong coding capabilities in Python, SQL, and Arcade, with emphasis on automation, scripting, and custom solution development
  • Experience developing integrated platforms that combine automated communication systems, data-driven analytical frameworks, and streamlined reporting capabilities
  • Exceptional analytical problem-solving skills for innovative, data-driven security solutions
  • Experience designing and implementing analytical algorithms for threat detection, pattern recognition, and risk assessment
