Global Credit Trading - Cash Indices Trader (TRS, ETFs, Futures) - Associate
Are you ready to start or advance your career in the fast-paced world of credit trading? As a Cash Indices Trader at the Analyst or Associate level, you will be responsible for assisting with the live pricing and risk management of cash indices, including Total Return Swaps (TRS), Exchange-Traded Funds (ETFs), and Futures. You will execute trades in the credit markets and work closely with sales teams and other traders to provide liquidity and innovative solutions to our clients, including institutional investors, banks, and hedge funds.
As Associate in the team you will work within the global macro credit team, ensuring optimal pricing and risk management for cash indices products. You will help manage a risk portfolio and develop strategies to maximize profitability, collaborating with sales teams to provide liquidity and meet client needs. Your role involves analyzing market trends and providing insights to support trading decisions, maintaining strong relationships with clients and counterparties, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and internal risk management standards.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist trading cash indices products, including TRS, ETFs, and Futures, ensuring optimal pricing and risk management.
- Support risk management and develop strategies to maximize profitability.
- Collaborate with sales teams to provide liquidity and meet client needs.
- Analyze market trends and provide insights to support trading decisions.
- Maintain strong relationships with clients and counterparties.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal risk management standards.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Relevant experience in credit trading or a related field, with a focus on cash indices (TRS, ETFs, Futures).
- Strong analytical and quantitative skills.
- Ability to assess and manage risk effectively.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in trading platforms and financial software.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Familiarity with global credit markets and macroeconomic factors.
- Advanced degree in finance, economics, mathematics, or a related field.
- Experience interacting with major institutional investors.
