As a Business Management Associate in Finance & Business Management department, your deliverables will be critical to evaluating the performance of the business and assessing the outlook for planning purposes. You will work in partnership with senior management and cross-functional stakeholders to develop, refine and implement business strategy to satisfy internal and external demands, provide critical performance-related reporting and analysis, and support strategic projects and initiatives.
Job Responsibilities
- Support Subsidiary Bankers with focus with focus on the Europe & UK region
- Support Business Management team with performance management, KPIs, driving and tracking strategic initiatives
- Engage in stakeholder reporting and assist with business review preparation for key stakeholders - committees, cross-LOB partners, functional partners, senior management reviews
- Facilitate Risk / Control projects and core Business Management functions
Required qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in Business Management or equivalent, with proven business management skills and well-developed decision making skills
- Ability to prioritize deliverables, build strong partnerships and influence change
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, with primary emphasis on Excel and PowerPoint
- Analytical, presentation / communication and organizational skills
- Superior collaboration, teamwork and diplomacy skills
- Ability to manage multiple complex work streams simultaneously

Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills
- Experience in one or more of the areas of direct client management, business administration, operations or program/project management
- Knowledge of internal banking policies and corporate banking
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
