As a Fund Servicing Analyst within Fund Services, you will execute routine fund servicing transactions and support daily operational processes.
You will collaborate with partners across operations to resolve breaks, reduce risk, and improve turnaround times.
You will apply sound judgment, attention to detail, and clear communication to deliver consistent results.
You will identify process improvement opportunities and help implement practical enhancements.

Job responsibilities:

  • Execute routine fund servicing transactions, ensuring accuracy and adherence to procedures.
  • Reconcile exceptions and research breaks, escalating items as needed to meet service timelines.
  • Partner with internal teams to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with stakeholders to confirm requirements, status, and resolutions.
  • Apply active listening and thoughtful questioning to understand and address client and partner needs.
  • Identify process improvement opportunities and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Support operational risk and control practices by following documented procedures and maintaining appropriate records.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Demonstrated baseline knowledge (or equivalent experience) in fund servicing operations or similar operational processing.
  • Ability to execute routine transactions with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional partners to resolve issues and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in active listening and questioning to clarify requirements and address needs.
  • Experience participating in continuous improvement initiatives (e.g., documenting processes, proposing enhancements, or supporting change implementation).

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Exposure to process improvement methods (e.g., root cause analysis, Lean concepts, or design thinking workshops).
  • Experience supporting fund services products, reconciliations, or middle-/back-office operational functions.
