Job Summary:
As a Vice President on the Fund Administration Oversight team you will help deliver high-quality outsourced fund services to clients across Private Fund Services, Traditional Fund Services, and Hedge Fund sectors, enabling clients to focus on building wealth while we expertly manage all their administrative needs. Aligned with the firm's Corporate and Investment Bank Securities Services business, our Jersey office provides Trustee, Depositary, Global Custody, Fund Administration, Transfer Agency, and Corporate services to Jersey investment structures.
Job Responsibilities:
- Act as Director on the board of the JPMorgan Administration entity, and act as a member of local Span of Control (SPOC), with day to day responsibility for the regulated activities of the entity.
- Be responsible for supporting clients and the JPMorgan teams with new fund launches and onboarding of new business working closely with clients, their counsel, and their fund boards to meet regulatory authorisation and fund establishment requirements.

Collaborate with Sales, the Onboarding and AML teams to understand the fund structure, services required, regulatory requirements including KYC at onboarding and on an ongoing basis.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Relevant experience (or working towards a relevant qualification) to meet the requirements of a Principal Person under the JFSC regulatory requirements for FSB & TCB license holders.
- Fund administration experience and in-depth industry and regulatory knowledge of the Jersey Funds Sector.
- Team player with strong stakeholder management skills.
- Strong communications and presentation skills.
- Proactive attitude, ability to multi-task and work to tight deadlines.
