As an Executive Director, you will drive strategic client coverage, originate complex structures, and partner with trading and structuring to deliver differentiated outcomes for private banks and family offices. As an Executive Director in Structured Investments Distributor Marketing Sales, you will work with us to lead strategic coverage of private banks and family offices, originate and deliver sophisticated fixed income-focused structures, and scale the distributor franchise across the region. You will steward key relationships, coach junior sales talent, and ensure best‑in‑class execution, governance, and risk management.

Job Responsibilities

  • Lead origination and execution of complex fixed income-focused structured products for distributor clients
  • Define and drive the commercial strategy for targeted PB/FO segments; expand wallet share and penetration
  • Deliver high‑impact market views and structured trade ideas aligned to client objectives and risk appetite
  • Partner with trading and structuring to innovate payoff designs and optimize pricing and risk transfer
  • Oversee end‑to‑end governance: documentation, controls, suitability, and post‑trade follow‑through
  • Build and maintain senior relationships with key decision makers across PBs and family offices
  • Use data and client analytics to prioritize opportunities and measure performance
  • Mentor and develop junior team members; lead training and product teach‑ins for distributor channels
  • Coordinate cross‑asset collaboration to deliver integrated solutions and campaigns
  • Ensure adherence to legal, regulatory, and internal risk frameworks at all times
  • Represent the franchise in client events, roadshows, and platform due‑diligence reviews

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Minimum 10 years' relevant experience in structured investments or fixed income structured products sales
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Established senior coverage of private banks and/or family offices in APAC with strong revenue track record
  • Deep expertise in bonds, credit and rates structures, documentation, and execution disciplines
  • Demonstrated leadership in originating complex, multi‑jurisdictional transactions
  • Excellent stakeholder management with trading, structuring, legal, risk, and operations
  • Strong public speaking and client advisory skills; credible with senior decision makers
  • High degree of numeracy; strong command of market tools and advanced Excel
  • Familiarity with Singapore regulatory environment; ability to meet MAS representative requirements
  • Proven ability to drive strategy, coach talent, and deliver outcomes in a fast‑paced setting

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Advanced credentials (e.g., CFA) a plus
  • Experience leading distributor campaigns, product due diligence, and platform onboarding
  • Demonstrated use of analytics to optimize product mix and client performance
  • Track record of cross‑asset solutioning and collaboration across regions
  • Experience with process enhancements and sales enablement tooling
