Firmwide Resiliency Product Manager: Executive Director

As a Product Strategy & Product Management - Executive Director in our Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will lead innovation through the development of products and features that delight our stakeholders. As a leader on the team, you will leverage your advanced capabilities to challenge traditional approaches, remove barriers to success and foster a culture of continuous innovation that helps inspire cross-functional teams to create solutions that address customer needs.

You will be in a crucial role for enabling the development of the Firmwide Resiliency Ecosystem and supporting advanced analytics initiatives. You will also have the opportunity to engage with stakeholders across the firm to drive the strategic evolution of the Firmwide Resiliency Product, driving alignment in objectives to enable reuse and scaling of data products and analytics goals.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with cross functional teams - Technology, User Experience, Agility and Data to uplift ways of working
  • Engage with the wider Resiliency Ecosystem to influence and align on objectives and priorities
  • Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams, providing direction and defining decision-making procedures for beneficial outcomes
  • Create an innovation hub to prototype analytical solutions for customer feedback
  • Oversee Product Roadmap that aligns to the Product Strategy and Vision
  • Support the wider team to deliver best in class product features

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • Experience delivering products, projects, or technology applications
  • Minimum of 10 years of product management experience
  • Extensive knowledge of the product development life cycle, technical design, and data analytics
  • Experience driving change within organizations and managing stakeholders across multiple functions
  • Commitment and self-motivation skills
  • Proven success in collaborating with cross-functional teams, influencing and driving decisions
  • Ability to make recommendations and progress in the face of ambiguous and at times overlapping priorities.

Preferred qualifications

  • Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and product operating models.
