As a Business Manager in the CAO Finance & Business Management team, you will collaborate with executive leadership to drive operational excellence, manage budgeting and reporting, and deliver actionable insights. You will support the CAO Strategy, Control, and Data Office teams, providing financial oversight and business management expertise to key initiatives across the organization.
Job responsibilities
- Serve as a strategic advisor to CAO Strategy, Control, and Data Office leadership, supporting execution of strategy and initiatives.
- Lead financial budgeting, reporting, forecasting, and analysis for multiple CAO groups.
- Prepare and deliver professional presentations and reports, translating complex data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with executive team members and business management partners to drive alignment and execution of strategic initiatives.
- Organize agendas, presentations, and follow-ups for management meetings, internal forums, and town halls.
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the CAO to support business objectives.
- Streamline processes and enhance efficiency in meeting coordination and business management activities.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Hold a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Demonstrate a minimum of 4+ years of experience in business management
- Exhibit advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Articulate complex issues clearly and concisely through exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Experience supporting executive leadership in a global organization.
- Deliver high-quality, timely presentations and reports to diverse audiences.
- Build relationships and earn trust as a collaborative team player.
- Apply strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
- Manage time and priorities effectively as a highly motivated self-starter.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience preferably within financial services or a large corporate environment.
- Familiarity with CAO functions such as strategy, control, and data management.
- Ability to drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
- Proven track record in stakeholder engagement and partnership.
- Experience in financial oversight for multiple business units.
- Strong organizational skills in coordinating meetings and forums.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
