As a Vice President (603) supporting Design & Customer Experience (DCE), you will act as a trusted advisor and counterweight to senior leaders and stakeholders and will be responsible for identifying, escalating, and mitigating business and financial risks to planned spend.

You will provide financial and strategic analysis, oversight and coordination of budgeting and forecasting, financial control, analysis of financial/business metrics, delivery of weekly/monthly/quarterly management reporting, development of new reporting capabilities (e.g., dashboards), and advise line of business Chief Financial Officers on opportunities to increase profitability and efficiencies, alongside other ad hoc projects as needed.

  • Coordinate financial budgeting & forecasting and produce reporting and analysis related to the Design and Customer Experience operating expenses and headcount
  • Serve as a liaison between finance organizations (lines of business, functional Chief Financial Officers, and other) support teams in order to provide impactful reporting, planning and insightful analyses
  • Produce presentations, analysis and supporting materials for key internal clients including senior management
  • Create, maintain and review financial models and analyses (both recurring and ad-hoc)
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all financial reporting, system updates and presentations
  • Provide updates on progress vs. key metrics
  • Conduct \"deep dive\" analyses on key issues to determine root cause and propose solutions
  • Collaborate with business partners to ensure the timely, accurate and effective delivery of recurring and ad-hoc initiatives
  • Enhance controls and streamline processes, introducing automation where possible
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key business stakeholders
  • Participate and support ad-hoc special projects and requests as needed

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
  • 7+ years of work experience in Finance, Business Management or Chief of Staff roles
  • Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint

  • Ability to present well to and influence senior leaders and global business heads
  • Able to forge strong internal relationships across a broad range of functions
  • Self-motivated, tenacious and able to work with high degree of independence

  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills with ability to analyze large data sets and present conclusions concisely
