Job responsibilities

  • Drive the evolution of Chase's primary customer dashboard experience, helping millions of customers discover, manage, and act on their financial information across the digital ecosystem. Collaborate closely with product and tech partners to evolve primary dashboards, core navigation systems and personalization at scale.
  • Execute UX/UI design work for digital products, translating complex financial challenges into simple, elegant, and user-centered solutions. Deliver high-quality design assets, prototypes, and specifications, ensuring a high standard of craft and attention to detail across projects.
  • Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the redesign and uplift of the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products.
  • Collaborate with multiple product managers and cross-functional teams to implement design solutions that align with business goals and deliver cohesive, high-impact experiences.
  • Communicate and present effectively across roles and seniority, modeling a strategic, human-centered narrative that blends design frameworks with data and research to clarify complexity, influence senior stakeholders, and drive meaningful results.
  • Advocate for user-centered design, accessibility, and inclusive practices, ensuring every product delivers exceptional value.
  • Apply the latest emerging technologies, and industry trends to keep our products at the cutting edge of digital finance.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent practical experience
  • 7+ years of experience in experience or product design (Mobile & Web), with a proven track record of executing and delivering user-friendly, exceptional high-quality solutions and scaling digital products.
  • Design using both existing design systems and contribute to the redesign and uplift of the design system to ensure consistency, scalability, and innovation across digital products.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to influence and inspire.
  • Strong skills in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration, with experience partnering with multiple product managers and teams and engaging with product leadership at the highest level.
  • Expertise in Figma, rapid prototyping and familiarity with usability testing.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Curiosity-driven exploration of AI in design-actively experiments with generative and assistive AI to accelerate ideation, and system exploration while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Ability to translate concepts and learnings into scalable practice-documents guidelines and repeatable workflows so teams can adopt design methods consistently within the design system.
  • Strong exploratory prototyping-uses rapid iteration to test concepts, motion, and interaction patterns across app and web before standardizing them.
  • Thoughtful governance and standards awareness-partners with product, engineering, and data stakeholders to ensure design frameworks align with responsible use, quality, and compliance expectations.
