As a Financial Analyst Professional on our Cards Marketing Expense Management Team, you will dedicate each day to defining, refining, and achieving the set goals for our firm.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple Card CFO spend meetings and approvals within the workflow tool, end to end. Responsibility for quality reviews to ensure accuracy.
  • Respond to business inquiries related to statuses for approvals, CO creations and invoice payment.
  • Manage large volume of email and Teams requests daily, including ad-hoc Zoom meetings.
  • Create, maintain and distribute business procedures in support of this function.
  • Hold periodic group and one-on-one training session on Card spend process, as needed.
  • Prepare weekly reports for Card CEO and CCB CEO approvals for all items over $1 million.
  • Actively seek opportunities to simplify/improve processes, technology and services; communicate improvement strategies to the business and lead implementation efforts
  • Partner with business and support groups in for creation & maintenance of portfolio project codes
  • Perform project coordination, quality checking or other responsibilities, as needed

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:

  • 5+ years of experience in finance, accounting, invoice processing, reconciliation or customer service
  • Strong interpersonal and verbal skills, including ability to write clear, concise documents and emails.
  • Strong eye for detail, critical thinking, analytical, problem solving skills
  • Has the ability to comprehend and clearly communicate complex concepts in a fast- paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong judgment, professional maturity, personal integrity, strong work ethic, proactive and results-oriented, fact based, has the courage to ask the tough questions and challenge the status quo and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Knowledge with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, Ariba, ApprovEx & Concur
