Executive Receptionist & Concierge

The Executive Receptionist & Concierge provides high level services to our internal and external clients at JP Morgan Chase & Co. locations. This individual will interact with all levels of JP Morgan Chase executives and their clients on a daily basis and ensure they are provided with "high touch" customer service. The Executive receptionist & Concierge builds solid relationships by being the coordinator for client and guests, administrative assistants, event planners and meeting and events teams.
Job responsibilities:
- Cover Executive Gallery reception desk essentials, answering phones, collaborate with internal team on different tasks, provide very high level of service;
- High touch approach, customer service focus;
- Coordinates with Planners and Planning Coordinators, to ensure all guests and meetings are handled professionally and according to specific instructions;
- Handles Telephone switchboard;
- Meets and greets team members and their guests in a prompt, professional and efficient manner;
- Displays courtesy through professional customer service when dealing with challenging guests and demanding situations;
- Coordinates with Executive Management Assistants, to ensure all guests and meetings are handled professionally and according to specific instructions to registers guest, issues guest and employees passes, and directs them to their destination.
Required qualifications, skills and capabilities:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in high end reception or concierge service
- Strong oral and written communication skills;
- Necessary computer skills/programs (EMS, excel, word and outlook, etc.);
- Clerical skill set;
- Provides reports and metrics Troubleshooting and executing problem solving techniques.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Bachelor degree of Hospitality, business management or related field preferred;
- Catering and experience with audio-visual media preferred.
