Executive Director, Cross Partner Controls

Consumer and Community Banking (CCB) continues to operate in an increasingly complex environment, requiring enhanced oversight and controls across partner relationships.
As an Executive Director within Cross Partner Controls you will provide strategic leadership and oversight for cross-partner controls within the Partner Card business, building on established practices to proactively mitigate emerging and existing risks and ensure robust control infrastructure as the business evolves.
Job responsibilities:
- Lead ongoing enhancements to control processes, ensuring partner data is used appropriately and securely as CCB advances customer-level, data-enabled solutions.
- Develop and improve centralized controls to ensure comprehensive and effective oversight of partner contracts.
- Maintain and strengthen oversight of non-discretionary control activities, including;
- Developing and monitoring metrics for material risks in support of CORE transformation.
- Facilitating Partner Card's involvement in regulatory exams, internal audits, compliance tests, and managing action plans/issues
- Ensuring TPO/SSC adherence and recertification.
- Supporting GM teams on emerging issues, NBIA preparation, annual product/service reviews, and sales practices guidance.
- Maintaining procedures, job aids, corrections, exam/audit preparation, access administration, record retention, and business resiliency.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills:
- Proven track record in developing and implementing pragmatic, cross-business risk mitigation strategies.
- Strong results orientation and strategic thinking.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to independently develop executive-level presentations and communicate with all audiences, including senior executives, VPs, associates, and external regulators
- Exceptional relationship-building and influencing skills; comfortable operating in a matrixed organization.
- Excellent analytical acumen, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
- Proven ability to attract, develop, and lead strong talent; builds followership.
- Expert knowledge of the credit card industry
- Bachelor's degree required
