As an Analytics Leader in Consumer Financial Services, you will serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing insights and recommendations that drive business transformation. You will lead a team of analytics professionals, develop and execute an analytics roadmap, and oversee the design and implementation of projects leveraging data and GenAI technologies. You will collaborate across the organization to maximize the impact of analytics initiatives and support business growth and efficiency.

You will mentor and develop your team, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture. Your expertise will help inform product design, segmentation, and business operations, ensuring our analytics capabilities remain at the forefront of industry best practices and innovation.

Job responsibilities

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior business leaders, providing insights and recommendations for business transformation in consumer financial services.
  • Lead a team of analytics professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing culture.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive analytics roadmap aligned with organizational priorities.
  • Oversee the design and implementation of analytical projects using data and GenAI technologies.
  • Leverage data-driven insights to inform and evolve product constructs.
  • Provide financial support and lead financial assessments and optimization initiatives.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure alignment and maximize analytics impact.
  • Mentor and develop team members in analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10+ years of experience in analytics with a proven track record of leading transformation and driving business impact.
  • Experience managing and developing teams, with strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with senior stakeholders in a complex, matrixed environment.
  • Experience leveraging GenAI or advanced analytics technologies to drive innovation and operational efficiency.
  • Strong background in consumer financial services, with knowledge of industry dynamics, product design, segmentation, and regulatory considerations.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in analytics, GenAI, and business intelligence.
