As a Loan Origination Analyst, you will be at the forefront of our Equipment Finance team. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the booking specialist processes directly impacting stakeholders and contributing to the success of the equipment finance team. Job responsibilities
- Assist in the set up and closing of transactions for loan originations in the leasing and loan system and by collaborating with team members to ensure all necessary documentation is accurately finalized.
- Manage stakeholder relationships with internal teams, to ensure clear communication and efficient handling of loan transactions.
- Identify and address issues that arise during the booking specialist process by applying analytical skills and problem-solving techniques to find effective solutions.
- Assist in identifying potential conflicts and work collaboratively with team members to mediate and resolve disputes, ensuring a harmonious workflow.
- Coordinate and prioritize tasks to ensure timely completion of all activities related to leasing and loan system execution, maintaining a high level of organization and efficiency.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills for internal teams
- Ability to manage conflicts and facilitate discussions non-confrontationally, ensuring effective communication and resolution.
- Proven time management and organizational skills to efficiently prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Developing proficiency in critical thinking and evaluation to accurately assess situations and make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of Asset Finance
- Previous or current experience in equipment finance
- Bachelor's degree

- Expertise with leveraging AI/ML technologies to streamline processes and enhance decision-making accuracy and efficiency.
