As a Product Delivery Manager in the Emerging Rails- Payments team, you work to enhance and optimize the way products are delivered to customers. As a key member of the team, you create solutions and efficiencies that enable successful implementations in an expedient and organized way.
Job responsibilities
- Leads end-to-end product management processes including intake and product operationalization
- Supports the product strategy and vision that delivers value to customers
- Identifies new product opportunities that reflect the needs of our customers and the market through user research and discovery
- Contributes to delivery of multiyear strategic roadmap, from concept to business requirements to delivery and post release
- Considers and plans for upstream and downstream implications of new product features on the overall product experience
- Analyzes, tracks, and evaluates product metrics including work to time, cost, and quality targets across the product development life cycle
- Writes the requirements, epics, and user stories to support product development
- Manages the product backlog and driving refinement sessions with the technology teams, leading/participating in other Agile ceremonies as needed to drive the execution of the product roadmap
- Ensures sprint deliverables meet requirements/ acceptance criteria
- Define test plan and oversee product testing to ensure products meet the business requirement
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery , or product ownership or product management
- Applicable Payments/Fintech experience
- Demonstrated ability to execute operational management and change readiness activities
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute product strategy and vision
- Strong understanding of delivery and a proven track record of implementing continuous improvement processes
- Experience in product or platform-wide release management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proficient knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Treasury experience
- Exhibit creativity and forward thinking mindset, with ability to incorporate changing factors as required
