Job Summary

As a Stakeholder Management professional in the Corporate Third Party Oversight Operations (CTPO) team, you will support supplier onboarding and engagement across the EMEA region. You help us maintain compliance, drive operational efficiencies, and build strong relationships with business partners. Together, we ensure timely completion of tasks and uphold high standards in third party oversight. You will have the opportunity to influence firm-wide change and contribute to a proactive, collaborative environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain client management program relationships to ensure service level expectations are met
  • Manage, monitor, and track line of business compliance with Third Party Program standards and policies
  • Provide central oversight for business engagement requests to support timely completion and compliance
  • Monitor Third Party workflow progress daily for timely processing and completion of tasks
  • Maintain and publish line of business "book of work" and deliverables to foster a proactive environment
  • Support line of business management to mature third party processes and achieve operational efficiencies
  • Assist in training Delivery Managers and Senior Managers on processes, tools, and service offerings
  • Support region leads on governance, audit, and compliance requirements
  • Build strong stakeholder engagement models to promote the supplier oversight program across the region
  • Cascade global supplier oversight items to Delivery Managers and Senior Management as needed
  • Provide Senior Management with key risk metrics and scorecards

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Proven leader and influencer, able to effect firm-wide change
  • 5 years relevant work experience in finance, sourcing, third party oversight, risk, vendor management, or related roles
  • Outstanding listening, negotiation, written, and verbal communication skills at all levels
  • Excellent business judgment with ability to proactively identify and address issues
  • Strong business analysis skills for efficient, accurate, and objective decision making
  • Ability to partner closely with related functions such as sourcing, legal, compliance, and audit
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Knowledge of risk management and control principles
  • Outstanding organizational and research skills
  • Ability to multitask effectively

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • High-level knowledge of third party oversight standards
  • Strong knowledge and experience with corporate sourcing and standard TPO systems
  • Experience supporting governance, audit, and compliance requirements
  • Familiarity with supplier onboarding processes
  • Experience in stakeholder engagement across multiple regions
  • Ability to produce documentation and coordinate actions for meetings
  • Experience working in a global team environment
