As a Product Control Associate in the EMEA Payments Treasury Services Product Control team, you ensure accuracy and integrity of our financial statements and support the Treasury Services business. You will collaborate with colleagues across the organization to deliver timely and precise reporting while maintaining strong controls and driving new initiatives. This role offers you the chance to make a significant impact while developing your technical and analytical skills.

Job Responsibilities

  • Produce, prepare, and report monthly profit and loss and risk metrics
  • Deliver detailed financial analysis and reporting to desk heads, business managers, and senior finance management
  • Partner with the business to implement robust controls and new initiatives
  • Drive coordination across functions to resolve control and reporting issues
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness in all financial reporting
  • Serve as an analytical and project support resource for product control
  • Handle various ad-hoc requests daily
  • Manage projects and initiatives related to product control and cross-business programs
  • Maintain strong control focus in all tasks
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Contribute to a collaborative and high-performing team environment

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Relevant experience in product control, financial control, accounting, or a related area
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
  • Experience with P&L reporting and month-end close processes
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with a strong control focus
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to develop strong working relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment
  • Commitment to accuracy and integrity of financial data
  • Highly motivated, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering results

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Solid understanding of financial products
  • Previous experience with P&L or risk management
  • Experience supporting senior management
  • Project management experience
  • Ability to drive business initiatives
  • Experience coordinating across multiple teams
  • Advanced technical skills in financial analysis tools
