EMEA Operations Junior Recruitment Partner

As a Junior Recruiter within the EMEA Operations Recruitment team, you will work closely with Hiring Managers and HR teams across different countries to support hiring needs and deliver an exceptional candidate experience. This role requires excellent prioritization skills to effectively manage the recruitment process and successfully partner with stakeholders.

Job responsibilities

  • Propose and implement recruitment strategies that align with company goals.
  • Partner with hiring managers and key stakeholders to understand hiring needs and priorities.
  • Foster strong communication and collaboration to support talent acquisition initiatives.
  • Identify and attract top talent through job boards, social media, professional networks, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future openings.
  • Leverage data and analytics to assess and improve recruitment strategies.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience with clear, timely communication.
  • Coordinate interview logistics and support the end-to-end recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with HR teams to ensure compliant and timely onboarding.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Previous experience in recruitment function in a fast-paced corporate environment working with multiple deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex assignments - innovative, creative, and results-oriented approach
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Adaptable to changing priorities and able to pivot quickly in response to new opportunities
  • Understanding of data privacy regulations and best practices for safeguarding sensitive information
