EMEA Global Workforce Screening Manager - Global Security & Investigations - Executive Director

Global Security & Investigations protects the firm's employees and assets throughout the world. This responsibility includes the development of security and safety policies and procedures, regulatory and legislative compliance, security guard management and alarm response, crisis management, corporate building security and customer/visitor/client safety, physical crime investigations, workplace violence, fire and life safety, executive protection, workforce screening, security operations on a global basis, and fraud Investigations.

As an EMEA Global Workforce Screening Manager in the Global Security Team, you will be responsible for day to day management of Workforce Screening for the EMEA region. This includes workflow and service level agreement compliance, policy management and new screening program design, metrics reporting and management of a team of 7. The role also includes maintaining close relationships with primary partners across the region and working within a controlled, regulatory environment.

Job responsibilities

  • Day to day management of EMEA Global Workforce Screening team
  • Regional process and procedure management (taking into account country specific data privacy and employment laws/regulations) and global change management
  • Liaison with key strategic partners including senior HR leads and senior regional contacts and escalation management
  • Metrics reporting in all disciplines keeping EMEA Regional Security Manager briefed
  • Budget planning and management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Proven leadership experience Management level and effective personnel management skills
  • Effective operational management skills and problem solving abilities, strategic planning and direction
  • Coordination of numerous work-streams demonstrating foresight and resiliency to pressure
  • Customer focused, problem solver and influencing abilities
  • Previous management of a Workforce Screening team and process
