Job Responsibilities:
- Serve as the subject matter expert on technologies for the team, supporting all technological aspects.
- Manage application issues with SHIELD, troubleshoot, and liaise with technology teams to find solutions.
- Understand the screening operational process and apply technology solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Organize and conduct system and application testing, including screening vendor applications.
- Oversee the development, maintenance, change, and recertification of automation tools, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet operational needs.
- Represent the EMEA GWS team in various working groups discussing technology and automation initiatives.
- Interact with stakeholders and develop relationships with partners such as Human Resources, Compliance, and other internal stakeholders; foster close working relationships with GWS regional teams.
- Provide training to your team on various technologies, ensuring team members are equipped with the necessary skills to utilize technology effectively.
- Manage and adjudicate screening cases to support EMEA GWS analysts with their caseloads.
- Report to the EMEA GWS Operations Manager in Bournemouth.
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Experience in product development and AGILE methodologies, with proficiency in Alteryx, Tableau, and AI models in a business role interfacing with technology teams.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and methodical approach to work.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Experience in training and development of team members in technology applications.
- Familiarity with global security and workforce screening processes.
