EMEA ETF Marketing - Senior Associate

The EMEA ETF Marketing team is seeking a driven and enthusiastic individual eager to advance their career in financial services marketing. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines, collaborating closely with our marketing centres of excellence and the ETF business. Reporting to the Head of EMEA ETF Marketing, this full-time position is located at one of our offices in Frankfurt and London.

As an Associate, you will engage in a broad range of marketing activities, balancing daily responsibilities with active participation in campaigns and projects. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to delivering an outstanding client experience while expanding your marketing expertise.

Job responsibilities:

  • Sponsorships & Events: Assist in planning and executing sponsorship initiatives, including event management and content creation, to enhance brand visibility.
  • Marketing Data Analysis: Generate insights and recommendations to optimize channel and campaign performance, driving client engagement. Manage and establish regular reporting processes.
  • Partnership Marketing: Support marketing efforts within strategic client partnerships, from campaign development through to ongoing reporting.
  • Multi-Channel Campaign Execution: Contribute to marketing activities across paid media, social media, digital platforms, email, and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Marketing Projects: Participate in projects aimed at improving client experience and marketing capabilities, such as client targeting and segmentation, lead processing, new digital tools, and journey mapping.
  • Marketing Operations Support: Help maintain efficient marketing operations by assisting with communications, data management, supplier coordination, and process improvements.

Required qualifications, capabilities and skills

  • Relevant marketing experience, ideally within an internationally operating financial services organization.
  • Fluency in German and English, with the ability to create and edit content in these languages. Spanish language skills are plus.
  • Project management experience, demonstrating strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to manage large volumes of information from multiple sources in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities.
  • Proven initiative and ownership of responsibilities, with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with both internal and external stakeholders; ability to manage relationships across country marketing teams, central marketing functions, sales, compliance, and operations. Collaborative team player with a strong work ethic and high energy.
  • Basic understanding of ETFs, asset management, and financial markets.
