JP Morgan Banco de Inversion is seeking for a new member to join the Operations team, based in Lima Peru. The Operations team is responsible for supporting the front office by ensuring the proper confirmation, validation, and settlement of day to day transactions. Additionally, the team is responsible for the timely and accurate submission of regulatory reports.

Responsibilities include:

  • Assist In the preparation and analysis of operational reports.


  • Perform reconciliations and ensure data accuracy.


  • Support daily operational tasks and controls.


  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support their implementation.

Qualifications include:

  • Students of Business Administration, Management, Industrial Engineering or related.


  • Graduation between June 2026 to December 2027;


  • Fluent in English;


  • Knowledge of MS Office package
