We are seeking a strategic thinker with exceptional presentation skills and strong technical data capabilities to join our Finance Management team. This is a unique opportunity to not only engage in financial analysis but also to influence the strategic direction of our business through project execution and centralized process improvements.
As a Finance Management Associate within the Digital & Platform Services - Payments Technology division, you will play a critical role in partnering across the firm to deliver comprehensive financial oversight, strategic analysis, and budgeting coordination. Your responsibilities will encompass a broad spectrum of activities, including financial control, forecasting, budgeting, and the analysis of key financial metrics. You will also develop innovative reporting capabilities, such as dashboards, and advise Technology Managers on risks and opportunities.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Presentations: Produce and present insightful status updates and strategic project direction to Senior Management, effectively communicating complex financial concepts.
- Financial Oversight: Calculate and consolidate month-end results, forecasts for the remainder of the year, and budgets for future periods, ensuring accuracy and alignment with business goals.
- Variance Analysis: Conduct thorough variance analysis to identify key drivers of financial results, providing clear commentary on changes from prior forecasts and budgets.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly, monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc reports detailing financial results and underlying drivers for Senior Management, enhancing decision-making capabilities.
- Process Improvement: Drive centralized process improvements and enhance financial controls, introducing automation where feasible to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Project Execution: Support strategic projects across the organization, leveraging your technical data skills, particularly in Alteryx, to facilitate project execution and ensure successful outcomes.
- Project Leadership: Lead projects aimed at driving global consistency and creating synergies across the Finance Management team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related technical field.
- 3 to 6 years of relevant experience in Finance and Planning, with a proven track record of strategic analysis and project execution.
- Strong technical data capabilities, particularly in Alteryx, with advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for creating compelling presentations and financial models.
- Inquisitive, enthusiastic, and diligent, with a strong capability to challenge peers and senior leaders constructively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a talent for articulating complex issues in a clear and concise manner.
- Highly motivated, thriving under pressure and tight deadlines while maintaining integrity in handling sensitive information.
- A collaborative team player respected as a trusted partner across Business, Finance, and P&A Teams.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with BI tools, databases, and SQL querying.
