Digital Products Analyst / Associate

We are looking for a Digital Products Analyst / Associate to join our team in São Paulo. As a part of the Product team, you will be responsible for one or more products in your department. You will be in constant communications with clients on anything product related, including development progress, deliverables, and timelines.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Develop functional expertise in your product, its use cases, integrations, and how it supports the business as it exists today, and as it changes.
  • Create and manage a product backlog for media and streaming finance products, supporting advertising sales billing for linear and digital, and program finance for payables.
  • Understand and document dependencies between stories that are being written.
  • Manage feature roadmap, and prioritization of capabilities and features of a product.
  • Engage across functions with multiple stakeholders, translate requirements into well documented product features.
  • Facilitate grooming sessions to maintain a consistently up-to-date backlog of clearly defined features.
  • Fully document product features and capabilities in JIRA, ensuring all stories have acceptance criteria that is clear and can be measured.
  • Collaborate across teams and with architecture and solutions leaders, to identify the best technical solution for a feature or capability that meets the needs of the clients.

Required Qualifications, skills and capabilities:

  • Bachelor's degree in technology or related field of study.
  • 2+ years of professional experience working with development and engineering teams and products launches.
  • Experience using Jira or a similar system to track and maintain feature requirements and development progress.
  • Expertise in the SDLC process (Agile), with a focus on scoping, iteration planning, user story and acceptance criteria writing, and rollout management.
