Digital Payments Product Owner, Vice President
As the Lead Product Manager for the digital Auto Lending Payments team, you are leading the end-to-end customer journey, UX and platform experience, for helping a customer pay their loan or lease. As the leader in the space, you are responsible for acting as the voice of the customer and developing features that provide customer value. From ensuring our platform continues to provide an efficient, safe, and user-friendly experience, to developing exciting new features, to working with key partners across the organization, our team's book of work spans a wide range. With strong commitment to scalability, resiliency, and stability, you collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality experiences that exceed customer expectations on a team where the culture is collaborative, curious, and empowering.
Job responsibilities
- Develops a product strategy and product vision that delivers value to Auto Loan and Lease customers
- Manages discovery efforts and market research to uncover customer solutions and integrate them into the product roadmap
- Owns, maintains, develops, and drives a product backlog that enables development to support the overall strategic roadmap
- Builds the framework and tracks the product's key success metrics such as cost, feature and functionality, risk posture, and reliability

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 8+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a relevant domain area
- Advanced knowledge of the product development life cycle, design, and data analytics
- Proven ability to lead product life cycle activities including discovery, ideation, strategic development, requirements definition, and value management
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrated prior experience working in a highly matrixed, complex organization
- Payments domain knowledge and experience
- People management experience
