As a Digital Product Manager, Vice President or Associate, you will play a key role in driving the growth of our global client-facing platform for the cross-asset portfolio solutions business. You will engage directly with clients, navigate ambiguity, and drive creative solutions that deliver value. You will provide direction and leadership to diverse teams, balancing stakeholder demands and managing resources to deliver optimal outcomes.

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee multi-year strategic roadmaps, development, launch, and marketing to maximize product impact.
  • Set product direction, ensuring alignment with program and company goals, and proactively address obstacles.
  • Engage with clients to understand their needs and translate feedback into actionable product requirements and innovative solutions.
  • Manage day-to-day product activities including requirements gathering, project management, product delivery, client experience, and communication.
  • Conduct client and competitor market research, develop product innovation roadmaps, and address product commoditization challenges.
  • Drive program life cycle management, considering market demands, technology trends, and the competitive landscape.
  • Take ownership of targets and execute on opportunities to deliver business results.
  • Work with cross-functional teams (Structuring, Sales, QR, UX, Marketing, Legal, Technology) to deliver strategic capability builds.
  • Analyze industry trends and competitor landscape to inform product improvements.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Demonstrable experience in Product Management within Financial Services or other dynamic, client-facing environments.
  • Proven track record of solving complex problems and delivering results in ambiguous or fast-changing settings.
  • Strong quantitative mindset; ability to analyze data, interpret metrics, and use insights to drive decisions.
  • Experience engaging directly with clients and translating their needs into actionable solutions.
  • Understanding and experience with agile frameworks (scrums, sprint planning, backlog refinement).
  • Experience with client-centric design practices.
  • Experience delivering and growing digital web-based platforms.
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills; ability to work effectively in team-oriented environments.
  • Curiosity about technology, digital trends, and the future of financial services.
  • Experience working with financial data sources such as BBG, Reuters, Aladdin is a plus.
  • Strong fundamentals in Fixed Income products is a plus.
