Job summary:

As a Vice President in Digital Markets, Markets CRM Product team, you will play a critical role in defining and delivering the core building blocks of our CRM Platform, ensuring it meets the needs of our Markets business. This role focuses on managing the Platform element of the CRM Product and reports directly to the Head of CRM Markets Product.

Job responsibilities:

  • Lead the development and management of the Core Platform/Product container, ensuring seamless integration with other product components


  • Define and implement system entitlements, visibility rules, and user preferences to enhance platform functionality


  • Develop and maintain a user persona framework to tailor the CRM experience to diverse user needs


  • Drive the development of mobile capabilities to ensure accessibility and usability across devices


  • Integrate AI/LLM frameworks to enhance the platform's intelligence and automation capabilities


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align platform development with business objectives and user requirements


  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the successful delivery of platform features and enhancements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

  • You demonstrate a substantial amount of experience in Product Management, with a strong track record of delivering successful products


  • You have in-depth understanding of the Markets business


  • You demonstrate strong technical abilities, with experience in defining and delivering core platform components


  • You have proven ability to manage complex projects and deliver results in a fast-paced environment


  • You demonstrate excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams


  • You are strategic thinker with a customer-centric approach to product development
