Digital Marketing Senior Associate

The Senior Digital Marketing Associate is responsible for developing, executing, and managing multiple digital marketing campaigns to support key Business Banking strategic priorities. This role specifically will focus on developing and creating and curating content for quarterly newsletter and supporting delivery of engagement marketing campaigns
Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for strategy, execution and curating of content for quarterly Chase for Business Newsletter
- Develop strong collaboration with key strategy and internal/external execution partner
- Deliver campaigns and other programs with excellence for investment campaigns/projects:
- Partnering with strategy to manage internal and external agency briefing and creative development
- Bring campaigns to life by partnering with our execution partners
- Ensure initiatives are on-strategy, on time and within budget parameters
- Provide recommendations on opportunities to optimize campaigns to improve results, create efficiencies and reduce costs
- Collaborating with marketing managers to identify opportunities, campaign strategy and the framework for measurement and reporting
- Ensuring strong focus on end-to-end customer experience, delivering exceptional customer experience overall, while also ensuring all the details of the experience are flawlessly executed
- Managing multi-channel execution (from concept development to delivery) including working across multi-functional teams, such as:
- Product and Marketing Strategy team
- Digital Product
- List team to influence and coordinate targeting
- Analytics team to report campaign results and campaign optimization recommendations
- Legal and Compliance for approval of all marketing content
Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- 4+ years relevant experience in integrated marketing function, as an innovative thought leader, strategic thinker and change agent who understands market, consumer and funnel dynamics
- 4-year degree in Business Management, Marketing or relevant degree
- 4+ years of marketing experience with expertise with a focus on marketing execution
- Able to adjust and pivot as needed as priorities change
- data driven and analytical, while also being a creative thinker
- Management of details and financials
- Loves testing, learning, and taking calculated risks
- Likes to build from ground up - has a startup mentality
- Has expertise across digital platforms - mobile and web
- Is detail-oriented, and operates well under rigid processes and controls
