As a Design Program & Business Manager in Auto Lending, you will support the Head of Design by owning program management, tracking, and executive reporting for a team of designers. You'll keep Jira and Confluence impeccably organized, translate ad hoc requests into structured plans, ensure controls are met, and coordinate executive-ready presentations. Thrive in ambiguity, move conversations forward, and help maintain momentum across multiple workstreams.

Job Responsibilities

  • Maintain Jira hygiene; reconcile tracking across Confluence and Monday.com; create leadership dashboards and views tailored to Auto Lending and Design priorities.
  • Translate ad hoc requests into structured plans with timelines, dependencies, and clear status; capture notes, decisions, and next steps.
  • Build and coordinate executive-ready decks and artifacts; support town halls, strategy sessions, and design community forums.
  • Ensure control adherence and audit readiness; drive program plans and operating rhythms; surface risks early and manage expectations.
  • Partner with Finance on budgets, forecasts, and spend tracking; set up practical trackers, calendars, and checklists.
  • Support headcount and recruiting operations (opening roles, scheduling, onboarding) and maintain collaboration sites and documentation; continually simplify processes

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Previous experience in Design Operations, Program/Project Management, Business Management, or Account Management supporting product/design/tech teams.
  • Tool proficiency: Jira and Confluence; Excel, PowerPoint; familiarity with Monday.com and SharePoint.
  • Proven ability to deliver timely, executive-ready reporting and presentations; highly responsive and organized in ad hoc environments.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication; able to read the room, ask clarifying questions, and capture accurate notes and actions.
  • Strong attention to detail and data quality; sets and enforces tracking standards and hygiene across teams.
  • Experience partnering with Risk/Compliance/Audit on controls, issue/risk tracking, and remediation
  • Self-motivated, independent operator who manages multiple concurrent workstreams and maintains momentum in ambiguous conditions

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills

  • Experience in Auto Lending or consumer lending/financial services.
  • Budgeting and forecasting experience; ability to build practical trackers and reporting cadences.
  • Knowledge of Agile/Lean practices and OKRs; can translate strategy into operational artifacts and measurable outcomes
