As an Associate within the ECM and DCM Roadshows team, you will manage the planning and execution of marketing roadshows for IPOs, Rights Issues, High-Yield Bonds, Pilot Fishing, PDIE, and M&A transactions. You will work closely with internal teams and clients, ensuring every detail is handled with precision. You will be part of a collaborative culture that values your initiative and professionalism, helping us deliver exceptional experiences for our clients and stakeholders.

- Coordinate marketing roadshows for equity and debt transactions
- Partner with Equity and Debt Capital Markets, Syndicate, and Banking teams to launch and execute deals
- Communicate with sales teams to confirm client meetings
- Liaise with joint book runners to manage meeting slots and logistics
- Organize logistics for physical and virtual roadshows, including cars, hotels, flights, and trains
- Collaborate with CEO/CFO assistants and Investor Relations for client coordination
- Set up internal and external group functions and staff registration
- Engage with external vendors and suppliers for seamless event execution
- Send daily schedule updates to clients and internal groups
- Reconcile budgets and expenses for each roadshow
- Manage prospectus and presentation distribution
- Oversee client registration and meeting venue arrangements
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in financial roadshow management for IPOs, Rights Issues, High-Yield Bonds, Pilot Fishing, PDIE, and M&A in EMEA/CEEMEA
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Professional demeanor and strong communication skills across phone, email, virtual, and in-person interactions
- Ability to prioritize, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience with budget management and financial reconciliation
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Initiative and proactive attitude
- Comfortable liaising with clients and stakeholders at all levels
- Experience with web-based scheduling/event management tools
- Capability for 5 days office attendance
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience coordinating both physical and virtual roadshows
- Familiarity with Zoom and virtual meeting setup
- Experience working with external vendors and suppliers
- Exposure to EMEA/CEEMEA capital markets
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field
- Multilingual skills
- Experience supporting senior executives and investor relations
