Data Solutions Operations - Fusion Service Delivery - Business Analyst - Senior Associate

The FSD Integrations Team is crucial in onboarding and integrating client data, ensuring seamless connectivity within the Fusion platform. As a Business Analyst within the Fusion Service Delivery team, you will gather and document requirements, analyze and improve processes, design and implement solutions, manage stakeholders, support project execution, drive change management and training, analyze data for reporting, and foster continuous improvement and innovation.
Job Responsibilities
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation:
Collaborate with clients, Product Leads, and internal stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements for data management client integrations and exception management tooling within Fusion Service Delivery. - Process Analysis & Migration:
Analyze existing Fusion processes (including exception management and BAU operating models), identify gaps, and recommend improvements to enhance scalability, efficiency, and client deliverables. Oversee the migration of legacy processes (e.g., Alteryx) to new platforms and tools. - Solution Design & Implementation:
Translate integration and process requirements into clear, actionable specifications for technology. Lead the development and implementation of automated solutions such as real-time account completeness checks and enhanced monitoring dashboards (e.g., Grafana). - Stakeholder Management & Communication:
Act as a liaison between clients, business users, technology teams, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clear communication throughout the integration and exception management lifecycle. Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to drive exception resolution and seamless client onboarding. - Project Support & Roadmap Execution:
Support project planning, tracking, and reporting activities for Fusion Service Delivery initiatives, including client migrations and onboarding. Lead the documentation and execution of project roadmaps, ensuring clear transparency of the stated milestones are status of deliverables. - Change Management & Training:
Contribute to change management activities, including training, communications, and post-implementation support for new tools, processes, and client integrations. In conjunction with BAU Ops Leads, develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and governance controls for BAU processes. - Data Analysis & Reporting:
Analyze complex data sets from Fusion platforms to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for service improvement. Create and produce meaningful metrics and reporting for senior audiences, supporting data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement. - Continuous Improvement & Innovation:

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Work experience as a Business Analyst (data management, client integration, service delivery, or technology environments)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in process mapping, requirements documentation, and data analysis.
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).
- Experience with data analysis tools such as Excel, Visio, SQL, Alteryx, querying databases, and Confluence.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Systems, Technology, or related disciplines.
- Knowledge of Tableau.
- Knowledge of Python/Jupyter Notebook.
- Experience with Collibra (previously OWL DQ).
- Experience working in data management or client integration at an Asset Manager.
- Professional certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA, Agile BA)
