Job responsibilities

  • Contribute to the delivery of information, insights, and solutions that inform business strategies and decisions by making recommendations for managing more complex situations
  • Evaluate information and processes for analysis and reporting purposes
    Validate hypotheses, mitigates risks, and optimizes solutions
  • Contribute significantly to the development of predictive models and data insights
  • Source and structures datasets to build graphical visualizations and programing decision-support dashboards, utilizing Intelligence Automation to help with operational efficiency, risk mitigation, and process optimization where strategic solutions are not feasible
  • Collaborate on functional requirements from stakeholders and translates into technical and data requirements

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 5+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
  • Demonstrated ability to gather and analyze complex data and develop accurate conclusions with sufficient business comprehension to understand risk implications
  • Experience working on the development of predictive models and data insights
  • Proven expertise in content and intervention measurement, including the creation and implementation of evaluation frameworks, impact assessments, and analytics to assess program effectiveness and return on investment.
  • Strong data analysis and statistical skills, with proficiency in tools and programming languages such as Python, R, SQL, or similar, and experience with causal inference techniques.

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in learning and development, data science, instructional design, organizational psychology, statistics, behavioral economics, or a related field.
  • Formal education or certification in learning and development, data analytics, instructional design, statistics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of applied experience in designing, developing, and measuring learning and development programs at scale, with demonstrated expertise in intervention impact measurement.
