Data Operations Analyst
Take a lead role in acquiring, managing and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experience to our customers. In this role, you will balance your focus on business results by offering options and finding solutions to help our customers with issues.
Job Summary:
As a Data Operations Team Leader in MART, you will be responsible for reporting MIS activities, analyzing the data, building relationship and communicating with internal team for a project management role - this includes planning, setting communication channels, understanding of the requirement, BRD, UAT testing, regular update to the management. You use yours analytical skills to support development of metrics reporting to enable Operations Management to execute their strategic objectives and ensure conformance with all controls, policies, and procedures.
Job responsibilities
- Prepare client-specific MIS reports on various frequencies daily.
- Manage projects to understand and meet client expectations, including gathering requirements, testing, and going live in production.
- Deliver data on an ad-hoc basis, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and reliability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather functional requirements and translate them into technical and data specifications.
- Analyze and evaluate information and processes for reporting purposes.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- 3+ years of experience delivering data-driven problem solving or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Alteryx: ,Qliksense/ Qlikview and Tableau., Proficient using Microsoft Project, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Intermediate Microsoft Office suite experience and experience in MIS reporting
- Good communication, presentation (both oral and written)
- Business analysis experience, gathering requirements, user acceptance testing and planning
- Team player with the ability to work productively within a group
Preffered qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Demonstrate independent problem solving skills and ability to develop solutions to complex analytical/data-driven problem will be a plus
