Data Insights & Analytics Solutions Product Delivery Manager

As a Product Delivery Manager within Corporate and Investment Banking Payments Operations - Data Insights and Analytics Solutions Team, you work to enhance and optimize the delivery of data products to assist operations in improving efficiency and gaining insights for continuous improvement.

Job responsibilities

• Leads end-to-end product delivery processes including intake, requirements, dependency management, release management, product operationalization, delivery feasibility decision-making, and product performance reporting, while escalating opportunities to improve efficiencies and functional coordination
• Leads the completion of change management activities across operations and technology and functional partners and ensures adherence to the firm's risk, controls, compliance, and regulatory requirements
• Effectively manages timelines and dependencies while monitoring blockers, ensuring adequate resourcing, and liaising with stakeholders and functional partners

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product delivery or a relevant domain area
• Demonstrated ability to execute delivery of products, get consensus by connecting the dots across multiple systems and stakeholders at various levels. Effective stakeholder management is a must-have skill for this role.
• Strong understanding of delivery and implementing continuous improvement processes
• Experience in product or platform-wide release lifecycle management, in addition to deployment processes and strategies
• Proven track record of provisioning accurate and detailed documentation covering requirements, data analysis and mapping, testing, product fact sheets and guides
• Ability to manage change readiness to avoid impact to ongoing business processes

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

• Proficient in product delivery tools such as JIRA, Confluence
• Strong experience in executing roadmaps with time and scale managing phases of multiple projects in parallel.
• Hands-on experience in the area of data modeling and analysis to discover beneficial insights.
• Experience in handling data/automation tools such as Tableau, Alteryx, Databricks paired with strong query (e.g. SQL) skills to validate business requirements and defining metrics; is very much preferred.
