As a Finance Data Domain Architect in the International Consumer Bank (ICB) FinCentral team, you will play a key role in developing a user-centric, finance-focused data and insights platform. You will define data requirements, implement business logic, and build controls to ensure robust data models. Working closely with data engineers, analysts, and product managers across Singapore, India, and London, you will deliver optimized, reliable, and high-performing data products. You will help foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, driving innovation and excellence in everything we do.

Job responsibilities
- Collaborate with platform users and analysts to understand data requirements and functional needs
- Partner with data engineers to design and implement scalable, reliable, and high-performing data architecture
- Test new data models and enhancements to ensure they meet user requirements and deliver expected results
- Maintain high-quality technical and end-user documentation for data models and platform solutions
- Implement, own, and execute controls including data validation rules and reconciliations
- Develop data pipelines, perform ad-hoc data analysis, and create BI solutions to support financial reporting
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Minimum 3 years' experience in data analytics, change management, or finance functions
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in accounting or finance-related domains
- Proven experience in SQL coding, ETL pipeline development, or data warehousing
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting concepts
- Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional, agile teams and independently
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Detail-oriented with a focus on control and quality
- Ability to translate problem statements into practical solutions and technical requirements
- Self-starter with high motivation and a passion for innovation
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Experience as a data architect, business analyst, or end user driving data platform innovation
- Background in finance domain or financial services industry
- Experience developing BI solutions for external financial reporting
- Familiarity with modern finance analytics and insights platforms
- Demonstrated ability to mentor and support team members
- Passion for applying best practices and driving continuous improvement
- Exposure to global teams and diverse, inclusive work environments
