Data Analyst - Associate

As a Data Operations Senior Associate within our dynamic team, you will analyze complex data sets, generate actionable insights, and support data-promoten decision-making across the organization. You will conduct independent analysis to identify patterns that lead to innovative questions and solutions. Your role will involve data collection, ensuring data integrity, utilizing data effectively, defining requirements, and performing comprehensive analysis. Leveraging your technical expertise and problem-solving methodologies, you will work across multiple applications of moderate scope. Your advanced technical skills will support the design and development of metrics reporting and dashboards, enabling Operations Management to achieve their strategic objectives and ensure compliance with all controls, policies, and procedures.
Job responsibilities
- Collect, process, and analyze large data sets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualizations to support business objectives and decision-making.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions.
- Conduct exploratory data analysis to uncover new opportunities for growth and optimization.
- Implement and maintain data models, algorithms, and statistical methods to support predictive and prescriptive analytics.
- Ensure data quality and integrity by performing regular data validation and cleansing.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analytics and insights.
- Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Proven experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, R, or similar.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
- Bachelor's degree
- Knowledge of query writing and execution using data analysis tools
- Certification in Data Technology, Agile or other project management applications
- Familiarity with machine learning techniques and tools is a plus.
