- Ensure adherence to all departmental best practices, procedures, policies, and controls, setting the standard for the organization.

Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:
- Minimum 15+ years of experience within Custody or Investment Bank environment, with a focus on Trade Management, Cash Management, or Asset Services.
- Proven ability to lead large teams and influence at the executive level.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to represent the organization at industry events and client meetings.
- Demonstrates strategic thinking and the ability to drive organizational change and innovation.
- Successful track record in managing risk and implementing risk reduction strategies across multiple business units.
- Experience in leading change initiatives, documenting and implementing new processes efficiently across the organization.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and data visualization tools.
- Experience working in a global environment, understanding regional differences and market dynamics.
- Flexibility to accommodate global time zones, particularly late EMEA shifts.
