As an Associate in CTPO EMEA Regional Operations, you will play a key role within the Legal Entity Outsourcing Forum and supplier oversight processes. You will support reporting, documentation, and risk mitigation activities, working closely with regional and global stakeholders. You will help maintain supplier governance standards, drive process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Job responsibilities

  • Prepare reporting documentation and Forum materials, and execute post-Forum activities
  • Manage stakeholder queries efficiently and professionally
  • Support outsourcing engagements in line with regulatory guidelines
  • Prepare and report process performance metrics
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives focused on operational efficiency
  • Assist with management of outsourced services, including performance monitoring and issue management
  • Support risk mitigation and control remediation programs for Supplier Governance and Oversight
  • Escalate and communicate effectively with stakeholders
  • Provide support to key stakeholders to enhance collaboration within the oversight model

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in financial services or related industries
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proactive approach to problem solving and ownership of issues
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to interact independently with business partners
  • Ability to deliver independently and as part of a team
  • Flexible attitude in managing multiple tasks and adapting to change
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint
  • Demonstrated record of process improvements and critical thinking
  • Practical knowledge of automation solutions and workflow tools (such as Alteryx, UiPath)

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • Experience supporting supplier governance or third-party oversight in a large financial institution
  • Familiarity with EMEA regulatory requirements for outsourcing
  • Experience with risk mitigation and control remediation programs
  • Knowledge of supplier performance monitoring and issue management
  • Experience working in a global, cross-functional team environment
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
  • Experience with continuous improvement methodologies (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
